📅 June 8, 2005 - Internet service and Web hosting automation software developer Rodopi Software (rodopi.com) announced on Wednesday that it had released Rodopi Business VoIP, a solution designed to streamline the provisioning of VoIP services to small and medium-sized business customers.

Rodopi Business VoIP, available as a hosted or licensed version, automates provisioning, billing, and customer management for hosted telephony service offerings. The solution handles reseller management, wholesale and retail billing, resource management, in addition to workflow to handle number porting, workforce scheduling, and other key processes.

Rodopi Business VoIP is fully Web-enabled, integrated platform, capable of delivering hosted services from products by Cisco, BroadSoft and others.

"To date, providers of hosted voice services for small and medium businesses have struggled to automate provisioning and resource management," says Todd Benjamin, president and CEO of Rodopi Software.
