Jun 15, 2005 : BluePay Teams with Elemental Software

📅 June 15, 2005 - Payment processing solutions provider BluePay (bluepay.com) announced it would collaborate with Elemental Software (elementalsoftware.com) to become the exclusive payment gateway and merchant account provider for CartWIZ, Elemental Software's flagship shopping cart software solution.

The CartWIZ product will be marketed beginning July 2005 via numerous television commercials and celebrity endorsements, including Elemental Software's spokesperson, John O'Hurley. An actor who appeared on Seinfeld, and more recently on ABC's new reality series, Dancing with the Stars.

BluePay says its online application and instant processing capabilities compliment one another, as speed-to-market continues to be an important buying factor of the CartWIZ offering. The ability to provide a completely integrated payment processing system will allow CartWIZ users to obtain fully functional e-commerce presences in minutes.

"By leveraging their top-of-the-line technology with a celebrity spokesperson like John O'Hurley, we expect solid numbers from day one," says Brad Bialas, general manager of BluePay. "With features such as UPS integration and wireless SMS technology, this cart is one of the best we've ever seen."
