Sep 23, 2005 : IDe Picks IBM for On Demand Solutions

📅 - Business process software developer Integrated Development Enterprise (ide.com) announced this week that it had selected IBM (ibm.com) to help deliver its on demand solutions.
IBM will provide IDe with sales, marketing and technical expertise to develop and deliver on-demand solutions for the electronics, telecommunications and consumer products and process industries. IDe says it will base all future products on IBM technologies, including IBM WebSphere Application Server, DB2 Universal Database and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. IDe chose to develop its new IDeWeb product using IBM's J2EE architecture. "We selected IBM as our partner for this next phase of growth, primarily because of the company's complementary and highly regarded suite of hardware, software and business consulting services," says Craig Divino, president and chief executive officer of IDe. "We plan to continue to expand this strategic partnership so that more customers take advantage of the value-added services which IBM can provide with the IDeWeb suite of solutions."
