The financial details of the cash and stock transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1998 and based in Austin, Texas, Website Source and its subsidiary SpeedFox, which was founded in 2002, offer Linux-based shared hosting, virtual private servers, dedicated servers, e-commerce and domain registration services.
