📅 - Web hosting provider Star Hosting (starhosting.com -> ionos.com) announced on Friday that it has partnered with ETechSupport to provide faster support for its clients.
Star Hosting's customer base has outgrown its in-house tech support, producing the need to outsource to an overflow tech support company. After months of research, Star Hosting's chose to partner up with ETechSupport.
"Our goal has always been to answer our support and service tickets within 15 minutes," says a Star Hosting spokesperson. "Because our growth over the last few months as delayed response times, we have partnered with ETechSupport to help us handle the overflow support and service issues."
Late last year, Star Hosting launched its new, simplified Web site design, offering a $1 per month beginner special in conjunction with the launch. The company has decided to extend this offer through 2006 to attract new users to its service. Standard personal plans start at $5.95 per month while small business plans start at $13.95 per month.
