📅 - Data center and Internet gateway provider Digital Realty Trust (digitalrealtytrust.com) announced on Friday that is has acquired three data center properties for a total of $71.8 million.
The properties are located in Toronto, Atlanta and Houston. The first property is located in suburban Toronto, Canada at 6800 Millcreek Drive. It totals approximately 84,000 square feet and is 100 percent leased to an IT services provider.
The second property is located on 101 Aquila Way in in Atlanta, Georgia. It totals 313,600 square foot in space, and is 100 percent leased through 2011 to a major Internet enterprise as a key data center.
The third property is located at 12001 North Freeway in Houston, Texas and consists of six separate single-story buildings totaling 300,700 square feet. It is 92.9 percent leased and serves as a data center and Internet gateway facility.
