May 23, 2006 : Bobcares Adds to US-Based Support
📅 - Outsourced technical support provider Bobcares (bobcares.com) announced on Friday that it had introduced new plans for its 24-hour US-based tech support service for Web Hosts and ISPs.
The $3.99 per call offering, says the company, provides customers with a global service that combines tech support based in India with Tier 1 phone support in the US.
The Tier 1 service is provided by American customer reps whose first language is English and who are experienced in the problems regularly faced by Web hosting customers. Second and third level support is provided by engineers based in Bobcares' facility in India. The company says the service is seamless and cost effective.
The company's voice division is operated out of the Phoenix Financial Center in the central Phoenix area.
"The Phoenix division will cater to the growing demand for American voice support," says Bobcares Director, Amarjyoti Krishnan, "and in the process generate local jobs."
