The new resources for resellers include the Reseller Roundup Podcast, a monthly podcast that offers Wild West resellers news, advice and business techniques. Experts from the company discuss topics such as Web site marketing ideas and methods for driving Web traffic.

A new live chat will enable resellers to interact directly with the company's developers, helping the company to implement suggestions and give customers better access to knowledge.

Finally, the Reseller Roundup Blog will work to keep resellers updated about updates to Wild West's offerings. The company's staff will use the blog to share tips on working with the reseller account.
