AWH's Troy, Michigan data center provides customers with redundant power connections, redundant Internet connections, and a regulated environment that is ideal for running sensitive applications. The facility provides a secure location to host Crucial Contact's network.
"We chose AWH to provide our colocation services because of their close proximity to our business, personalized support they are able to provide to us," says Christie Wilson, director of sales and marketing for Crucial Contact.
Crucial Contact offers mobile and voice services that enable companies to tap into new communication mediums. Through the use of interactive voice systems, SMS text messaging infrastructures, WAP site development and traditional Web services, Crucial Contact delivers a suite of products and services in one bundled, managed solution.
