📅 September 19, 2006 - Interactive marketing agency NeboWeb (neboweb.com) announced on Tuesday its acquisition of search engine optimization firm 3tailer (3tailer.com).

The acquisition details were not fully released, but the deal includes a large percentage of 3tailer going to Brian Easter, CEO of NeboWeb and an equal percentage going to Adam Harrell, the company's president and COO. Jon West and Chad Ledford, co-founders of 3tailer, will continue to maintain ownership in their company, and will become the co-directors of NeboWeb's search engine optimization product line.

"By acquiring 3tailer we strengthened our search engine optimization services, which are already quite impressive," says Easter. "3tailer brings a fresh perspective and a unique energy that will help our clients continue to experience remarkable success."

NeboWeb currently offers a variety of Web presence solutions including interactive marketing strategy, Web site design and development, search engine optimization, pay per click advertising, interactive ad creation and online public relations. NeboWeb says 3tailer will strengthen the company's search engine optimization services through its experience in search engine marketing and its passion for excellence.
