Alphabet Inc. Recruits Google Executive to Step In for CEO Barratt
📅 - Google co-founder Larry Page has appointed Jonathon Rosenberg to head up Google Fiber. After a rough patch for Google's robotics division in 2015, Page brought in Rosenberg to right the ship. Jonathon Rosenberg has been a longtime Google product executive as well as an adviser to Page.
This move comes after former Access Chief Executive Officer Craig Barrat's decision to step down earlier this week. The appointment of Rosenberg indicates Google's tightening up the fiscal discipline, while an Alphabet spokeswoman declined to comment.

The partnership will allow DreamHost to help SparkCentral deliver fast, reliable customer service via their social media accounts – something SparkCentral has been doing for years, but without this type of technical support.
