Nov 29, 2006 : Digital Realty Expands Into Europe

📅 November 29, 2006 - Data center operator Digital Realty Trust (digitalrealtytrust.com) announced on Tuesday it will formerly launch its European operations at the DatacenterDynamics Global Conference & Expo (datacenterdynamics.com), making it the only real estate investment trust dedicated to technology real estate in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The event will be held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in Hyde Park, London on November 28 and 29. Digital Realty Trust is a platinum sponsor of the DatacenterDynamics London event.

"The DatacenterDynamics event in London is the ideal venue for Digital Realty Trust to mark the official rollout of our European operations," says Michael F. Foust, CEO of Digital Realty Trust, "and we look forward to talking with attendees about our unique value proposition for corporations seeking state-of-the-art technology real estate to support their mission critical data center systems."

Digital Realty Trust's portfolio of properties includes development projects in Europe that span nearly 93,000 square meters. These assets include data center facilities in Dublin, Geneva and London, as well as two in Amsterdam.
