Jan, 2016 : Chrome to Introduce Default Non-Secure Flag for HTTP

📅 - Google Chrome will introduce a default warning for any sites marked with HTTP to let users know it's an insecure site. This information comes from the Chromium issue tracking page.

Chrome already marks the HTTP sites with an “x” over the “site information” section of the URL. This signifies the site is not secure, but they plan to add an option to enable “chrome://flags/”, which will provide a warning in the URL bar.
