📅 - Accelerite recently announced they will be acquiring the orchestration platform CloudPlatform from Citrix. Along with CloudPlatform, Accelerite will also acquire CloudPortal Business Manager.
The Monday announcement stated that Citrix will be able to focus better on the core properties of secure app and data delivery. All customers using the platforms acquired by Accelerite will now be managed by Accelerite. .

The code was found last month and may have allowed the United States NSA the ability to monitor customer data. An upgrade to the security software is expected in the first half of 2016.

The purpose of the amendment is to allow law enforcement access to unencrypted information when authorized by a judge to do so. Eighteen members of France's Republican Party have proposed this amendment, which will be debated this week along with 400 other amendments to the bill.
The amendment's summary statement explained the reason for the amendment's proposal: “The objective is to avoid that individual encryption systems will further delay the investigation.”
