Zen Internet, an internet service provider, today re-launched its website www.zen.co.uk as part of its continual improvements to its online presence. The company avers that design improvements have been made to the site and new navigation introduced, making finding the right information quickly, much easier for visitors to the site.

It states that additionally, the product and service information has been split into customer segments. Tailoring the information on these pages will further enhance a visitor's browsing experience. The Knowledge Base and the Support Forum have also been updated to reflect the new design. The Knowledge Base is the online resource that includes help and support articles. The Support Forum is the online community area where its customers can discuss aspects of their service and other topics. The company adds that further enhancements to these areas are planned in the near future.

It mentions that it is also today launching the official company Twitter account, @zeninternet. An official company Facebook presence is planned for launch later in the summer. Company tweets are likely to include: latest company news, awards, status alerts, plus any general commentary regarding the company. The company says that visitors may provide feedback about the changes to the site, through the feedback link on the footer of every page of the website.

"These new developments are just part of the ongoing improvements in our online presence. The new look website aims to make it easier for visitors to browse the site and find the information they are looking for. We are also really excited about launching our presence on Twitter and look forward to networking and communicating with the growing social media community," said Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing, Zen Internet.
