Ensim Corporation, a provider of change management, user provisioning and access control software, today announced that they have entered into a master reseller agreement with Nippon Data Systems Ltd. (NDS)(), a provider of IT consulting and implementation services.
The company states that under the terms of the agreement, NDS will sell and support Ensim Unify Enterprise Edition across India, as well as Japan, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It articulates that as a provider of information solutions that incorporate best-of-breed technology and global resources, NDS will sell and support it, both directly and through its extensive network of resellers, to organizations seeking to enable e-business success.
''As a master reseller, Nippon Data is authorized to sell Ensim Unify both directly and through its network of sub-resellers, which, when combined, serve a diverse customer base in terms of size, industry and geography,'' said Scott Young, Vice President of marketing and product management at Ensim Corporation.
