😠 A very unethical company that debits your account with fraudulent accounts. Somebody fraudulently opened an account with my banking details and I have been debited for 2 hostings for 3 years, thinking it was my website. 1-Grid took 2 months and refusing to refund me and they keep debiting my account. Most useless and criminal bunch I've come across. They hide behind a call center and is half of the time closed. STAY CLEAR!!

😠 SHOCKING SERVICE!!! 72 hrs after I reported this the ticket has been closed but the error has not been fixed! Originally took you guys 3 hrs to reply to an urgent request that our emails are not being delivered! I replied and waiting for over 1hr still no reply. You cannot call in so my business must just stand while we wait for ticket replies!

They specialize in a number of online services, among which we can mention:

When it comes to shared hosting, you can choose between cPanel web hosting (Linux) and .NET hosting (Windows). Development features include PHP 5+ or Python for Linux plans and ASP, ASP.Net 3.5, PHP 7.2+ or Node.js for Windows. Email features (Anti-Virus filtering, Anti-Spam Filtering, IMAP/POP3) or web server features (customization of error pages, office web components) are also integrated in the plans.

😠 The WORST service provider I have come across!
I will NOT recommend them at all!
No response to emails or tickets, not to mention that there is NO response on their so called "live chat" platform.
It takes on average about 20 minutes for them to answer a call.
And on average 24 hours to respond (if they do respond).
You should just remove your so called "support" department completely

I have several websites hosted with 1-Grid. They continuously go the extra mile to assist with any issues that come up on my websites. I'm extremely happy with their service and willingness to help over and above what is expected from a hosting company.

😁 Great service offering and good support given. Though at times takes a biyt of time to get solution but it eventually comes and its quite a good thing. If you could improve on speed of response to tickets.

😞 I have purchased plan from them, I found out that the prices they offer are high. It will be great if they reduce their prices and provide some quality of service. There are other providers like Go Daddy, Domain Racer, and In Motion offers low cost and good service and support.

😠 I am in week FIVE of the seemingly simple task of registering a domain with these cretins. No satisfactory advice via email, simply lots of empty promises to telephone - which never happens. Utterly appalling treatment

😠 For this review, I would like to express my discontent with 1-grid (formally Gridhost) for their lack of customer service and urgency under conditions which they created.
On requesting an error 500 resolve on my website, they successfully deleted my entire WP Plugins folder.
Lodged an urgent inquiry and also called in to support but the manager was on lunch and my site is not running (not usable) because the entire directory of plugins was removed and I don't have a recent backup

😠 They do not respond to support tickets in a timely manner. I have been hosting with webAfrica for many years and was tansferred to GridHosts a few years ago, I will not recommend them, their support is abominable.
