📅 - Data center operator DataSite Orlando (datasiteorlando.com) announced on Monday it has signed its first tenant to its facility, Infinitum Technologies, securing a five-year lease agreement with the consulting and IT solutions provider.
Located in Orlando, Infinitum Technologies provides hosting and virtualization solutions via its subdivisions, RapidVPS and WaveColo.
RapidVPS provides server virtualization and hosting solutions while WaveColo specializes in network engineering, managed solutions and colocation for enterprise clients.
"We are very pleased to welcome our first tenant to DataSite Orlando," says Rob Wilson, director of sales and marketing for DataSite Orlando. "Our facility will offer Infinitum Technologies the time and costs savings of utilizing shared space to house mission-critical equipment - a benefit that allows them to focus on their core business."
With its opening in September, DataSite Orlando announced it had appointed Ken Sanders to the facility's general manager.
Then in October, the company offered a public tour during AFCOM's industry tradeshow, Data Center World Expo.
DataSite Orlando is located on 18 park-like acres and offers 130,000 square feet of space.
The facility provides fully customizable suites varying sizes, multiple uninterruptable power systems, 24-hour security and surveillance, biometrically-controlled access and advanced water-cooling capabilities.

The facility has true redundancy with fail-safe power from two independent utility feeds from separate substations.
