📅 - Software as a service solution provider PHASE 2 International (phase2.com) announced on Wednesday that it has named Mike Peterson the company's new vice president of sales.
Peterson brings a significant amount of experience to PHASE 2, having worked over 24 years in technology sales, building and managing sales organizations in excess of $150 million.
"We've been expanding our sales team in an effort to service the continuing demand for-and success of-our SaaS offerings," says PHASE 2 CEO Kevin Doherty. "Mike is charged with building and managing a global sales presence. It's truly a testament to our continuing success that we are able to recruit executives with his pedigree."
Founded in 2002, the Honolulu, Hawaii-headquartered PHASE 2 says it has experienced and exponential growth.
The company is looking to increase its global presence to accommodate this growth, and says that Peterson's addition to the company should help facilitate this growth strategy.
Peterson has served in a range of positions, including technical consultative account management tond executive management with three Fortune 100 tech companies, including IBM and Cisco Systems, and a leading privately-held tech company.
