📅 - Colocation provider TelecityRedbus (telecityredbus.com) announced on Tuesday it has launched and developed four new facilities in its core markets of London, England, Amsterdam, Netherlands and Paris, France.
The €20 million developments add over 34,000 square feet of advanced high-density and managed hosting space to TelecityRedbus's European footprint, and are part of an aggressive investment plan to meet both current and future customer demand. Details of further investments are planned to be announced later this year.
The expansion of European data center networks will provide both new and existing customers with access to a broad portfolio of managed infrastructure services to support their business IT infrastructure.
"The rapid growth of Web-based multimedia services and applications over the last few years, and the associated rise in demand from power and cooling capabilities required to support such applications, has vastly increased demand on data center facilities, and this trend is set to continue," says Mike Tobin, CEO of TelecityRedbus. "Today's announcement demonstrates our commitment to delivering not just additional data center capacity, but the highest quality facilities and support to ensure that whatever our customers' IT infrastructure requirements, we have the service to match."
