📅 - Telecommunications provider Pipex Business (pipex.net) announced on Tuesday it has rebranded the company to Vialtus Solutions (vialtus.com), which focuses on providing integrated solutions to mid-market and large companies.
The new brand reflects Vialtus' mission to deploy the latest IP-based offerings to enable secure working from any location while enhancing business performance. The Vialtus name is derived from the Latin words Via, which means "way", and altus, which translates to "high", which reaffirms the new brand's focus on enabling IP based communications in the information technology sector.
The new logo represents the kind of relationship that Vialtus develops with its customers, says the company. Vialtus provides solutions to business problems through a suite of secure managed access, hosting and value-added services.
"We're delighted with our refreshed image, which better reflects our sales and service style," says Maria Cappella, managing director at Vialtus. "Our approach is to partner with our customers rather than simply supply them with goods and services. Our track record spans the last 10 years, deploying managed solutions in a variety of vertical sectors, including government, charities, retail, commercial, financial services and media, which is consistent with our new direction."
Pipex announced last month it is close to selecting a buyer for its Web hosting and business services divisions.
