Through its HostV brand, Cirtex will offer dedicated and VDS hosting services designed to meet the needs of small to medium sized businesses and Web developers. All plans are equipped with robust security features, and VDS plans offer a wide selection of developer tools, including FFMpeg, PHP4 and PHP5, says the company.
"Businesses require hosting solutions that not only meet their present needs, but also that foster opportunities for growth and development in the future," says Cirtex president John Xie. "Through unique features, services, and tools, we designed HostV to offer the capacity businesses need to take their Internet solutions to the next level, while still remaining affordable and viable."
As part of HostV's launch, the company is offering a one-time promotion that gives customers a 50 percent discount off the first month or first year of payment. All VDS plans are backed by servers featuring Intel quad core processors with HyperThreading technology. The servers run Centos Linux and use Parallels' Virtuozzo for account managemt and partitioning.
