Kforce says it will use the Web hosting services to back up critical company and customer data, enabling Kforce to enhance its disaster recovery strategies and protect sensitive information. Kforce will also use Qwest's EZ Route services to connect Kforce's inbound calls from customers and prospects to the correct call center staff contact, says the company.
"As a fast-growing, premier staffing firm, Kforce depends on reliable network and hosting services," says Tom Richards, executive VP for Qwest Business Markets Group. "Disaster recovery and risk management are essential for today's businesses and organizations, and our Tampa CyberCenter is designed for the highest level of protection of customer data and communications systems."
Last month, Qwest opened a new CyberCenter in the Denver, Colorado area to provide secure, reliable and scalable hosting services.
