📅 - Verizon Online (verizon.com), a full-service Internet services provider for residential customers and small-to-medium sized businesses, announced on Thursday that it has released an updated portfolio of DSL products and services designed to meet the full range of needs of the business DSL customer.

The new product line, launched on May 1, expands the company's DSL speed options to meet customers? expanding bandwidth requirements, and introduces a comprehensive portfolio of Web hosting services and business-class e-mail services.
The company says it is stepping up to address broadband Internet access and associated services needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
Verizon Online's Dynamic IP service is now available in six packages in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast states that comprise the former Bell Atlantic markets. The service's maximum connection speeds, downstream and upstream, range from 768Kbps/128Kbps to 7.1Mbps/768Kbps
The company's static IP product is available in five speed choices, ranging from 768Kbps/128Kbps maximum connection speeds to a symmetrical 768Kbs/768/Kbps in the Verizon markets that make up the former GTE territory. The static IP services allow customers to host their own servers.
Verizon Online says the new speeds and static IP business packages are available immediately in the former GTE territory, with the exception of California, where they are expected soon. The company also says the new speeds and dynamic IP business packages are available in the former Bell Atlantic territory with the exception of New Jersey, where they are expected later this year. The company hopes to offer dynamic and static IP service across the entire Verizon service territory by the end of the year.
Verizon Online's small and medium-sized business customers can also take advantage of the company's new optional advanced services, including shared Web hosting and outsourced email, available immediately in all Verizon markets.
The company calls shared hosting an economical, flexible web solution for small and medium-sized businesses looking to first establish an online presence. Verizon Online's shared hosting service includes business-class Web hosting, design services and consulting services. The company calls it a full complement of products to meet a range of Web hosting needs, from the most basic, to more complex.
