CSC and Kyberpass Team to Expand Offerings to Scandinavian Marketplace

📅 May 17, 2001 - Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) (NYSE: CSC) and Kyberpass® Corporation, a leading provider of e-security software for trusted e-business today announced a partnership which strengthens the position of both companies in the growing Scandinavian e-security market. This partnership will add the Kyberpass TrustPlatform(TM) family of products to CSC's existing offerings.
``Through this partnership CSC will be able to support the Nordic banking world with knowledge about and delivery capacity for Identrus,'' says Mats Vikström, head of information assurance for CSC Sweden.
CSC, whose customers include Visa International, Wells Fargo Bank and Rolls Royce Motor Cars Ltd., will install the Kyberpass TrustPlatform family of products into their e-business center of expertise in Stockholm and train their internal resources on the Kyberpass product line. In addition, CSC will provide both on and off-site support for Kyberpass products in Europe.
``Our strong relationship with CSC means we will be able to increase interest in our technology within the European marketplace and expand our support capabilities in this part of the world,'' says David Lynch, managing director of Kyberpass Europe.
The partnership is focused on the Scandinavian marketplace with provisions for the rest of Europe.
