Diveo and Clearway Technologies Team on Content Delivery Latin America

(diveo.net), a leadingprovider of Internet infrastructure in Latin America, announced today theaddition of DiveoCache Content Delivery Services to its dedicated andmanaged hosting portfolio through a partnership with Clearway Technologies,a subsidiary of Mirror Image Internet (mirror-image.com) and Xcelera Inc(xcelera.com).
Under terms of the agreement, Diveo, with more than 1,250 customersthroughout Latin America, will add the FireSite content delivery service toits list of options for its Total Host, Essential Host, Easy Host andco-location customers as well as those looking for a content deliverysolution.
The FireSite service is designed to automatically improve the performance ofDiveo customers' websites by increasing scalability, speed, reliability andreach throughout the Latin American region. As part of this relationship,Mirror Image will use Diveo's Internet data centers' hosting and networkinfrastructure services to extend the FireSite content distribution networkinto Latin America.

The FireSite service includes an intelligent software agent that the companysays is easy to implement and can be deployed on a customer's web server inas little as ten minutes. Once installed, the agent software automaticallyselects the content that can benefit from acceleration and immediatelypushes it to a network of high-performance content servers.
The service then observes traffic-in real time and automatically rewritestags on HTML, JavaScript and other dynamic content to direct each browser tothe best possible content server.
