(trinagy.com), a leading provider of performance management software, and Broadwing IT Consulting(broadwing.com/products/it/), a division of next generation communications leader Broadwing Inc., today announced that Broadwing has become a reseller of Trinagy's complete Insight Plus product line to provide managed services to their clients.
Under the agreement, Broadwing will use Trinagy's performance managementsoftware to monitor major clients' global networks and ensure their abilityto meet Service Level Agreements. Insight Plus will allow Broadwing togather performance statistics from its global network and bring all of theperformance data to a central repository in its network operations center.In particular, Broadwing IT can specify the exact MIB elements to becollected, ensuring customers are not spending money on collecting,processing and storing unneeded data.
Broadwing IT consulting combines managed services that include hosting,remote management, security and storage services over its 18,500-milenationwide network. Broadwing will be one of the first companies in theindustry to deliver an end-to-end, fully optical network, providingcustomers with bandwidth that is scalable, instantly available andincrementally billable.
