Jan, 2002 : Gambit Communications and NOC Builder to Improve NOCs

📅 January 23, 2002 - Gambit Communications (gambitcomm.com), a network managementsimulation tools provider, announced yesterday that it has entered into apartnership with NOC Builder (nocbuilder.com), a provider of networkconsulting and software solutions for network operations centers. NOCBuilder has integrated Gambit's MIMIC Simulator into their network servicesand software offerings in order to improve the performance, efficiency andservices of NOCs.

NOC Builder provides integration and automation services, combining existingor new network management solutions with trouble tracking and reportgeneration processes. MIMIC's network discovery and recording abilities canrecord and simulate the existing network environments. Then thesesimulations can be modified in order to represent the proposed solutions.
