📅 - Toronto-based e-business solutions integrator Burntsand Inc. (burntsand.com) announced today the successful completion of its offering of 6,400,000 shares at a price of $2.35 per share for gross proceeds of $15,040,000. The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters ledby Raymond James Ltd. and included CIBC World Markets Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and Pacific International Securities Inc..
The proceeds from the financing will be used as a reserve for futureacquisitions and for working capital and general corporate purposes. The securities being offered have not been, nor will be, registered underthe United States Securities Act of 1933, and may not be offered or sold inthe United States or to U.S. persons without registration or applicableexemption from the Act.
