📅 April 18, 2002 - Digital River, Inc., an e-commerce outsource provider, today launched it E-Rescue Program, targeting businesses with in-house e-commerce operations provided by an e-commerce application provider. Eliminating maintenance and upgrade costs, E-Rescue provides a migration path to Digital River's e-commerce outsourcing model.

Designed to be employed in 60 days, the E-Rescue Program is offered with start-up costs at 50 percent or less of current yearly maintenance and upgrade fees. Digital River's (digitalriver.com) offerings include a revenue-sharing model, an assigned e-marketing expert, migration plans, and access to complete outsourcing services, including: design, development, hosting, order management, fraud prevention, fulfillment and customer service.
