📅 April 19, 2002 - Dedicated Servers, part of Host Europe PLC, today announced the launch of a number of new additions to its product range for its enterprise-level hosting clients.

The company will provide new hardware packages with either Windows or Linux operating systems, such as the Enterprise Xeon (including Dual Intel Xeon 2 Ghz with 256 KB cache, 4x72 GB SCSI hard disks with RAID 5, 2 GB SDRAM and 75 GB data transfer per month) as part of its Enterprise Hosting solution..
The offerings include a dedicated Account Manager as a single point of contact, and a new Service Level Agreement (SLA) that guarantees 99.999 percent connectivity and a 24/7, two hour hardware resolution guarantee. BMC Software Reporting and monitoring tools have also been added to the range of services.
