Jun, 2002 : Inflow, ISS Team to Enhance Customer Security

📅 June 24, 2002 - Managed Web hosting and IT services provider Inflow Inc. (inflow.com) announced on Monday that it would roll out new security service offerings in conjunction with Atlanta-based threat protection solution provider Internet Security Systems, Inc. (iss.net).

Inflow says the new offerings include managed intrusion protection for networks and servers, remote scanning service and managed antivirus service, all designed for companies that lack the capabilities to provide constant protection in-house.
"Our customers are demanding increased security and rightfully want to know their critical data is protected from intruders," says Art Zeile, chief executive officer, Inflow. "By teaming with Internet Security Systems, the respected leader in the security space, we can enhance the services we have offered our customers for the last four years."
Inflow IDC staff members will be fully trained, says the company, and will serve as authorized customer contacts in the event of a security incident. Inflow says the new offering will be supported by the company's service level agreements, including its 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee.
