CrystalTech's new administration system includes complete, domain-level branding; an extensive knowledge base with hundreds of text and video help files; and a complete ticket system for billing and support issues.
The control panel also features Web-based e-mail administration, e-mail application with calendaring support and FrontPage administration.
Other key features of the control panel include the ability to create, edit and delete FTP users, DSNs, security usernames and set directory file permissions for shared and SSL folders. The control panel also has the ability to handle domain name administration and registration in real-time.
Unlike other control panels, the CrystalTech system gives users the ability to create scheduled tasks that can execute at any time, on any day.
