📅 December 18, 2008 - Newtek Web Hosting (newtekwebhosting.com ) has unveiled a newly redesigned website that focuses on quick site navigation, usability, and increased resources for small businesses, developers and web hosting resellers.

According to Newtek Web Hosting's Thursday announcement, its new website is designed to give users one click access from any page to its wide variety of plans including shared, VPS, and dedicated hosting plans, as well as the company's line of business services, including electronic payment processing, small business lending and insurance services.

"We went straight to customers to find out what they wanted to see in our redesign," Newtek Technology Services president and chief operating officer Bob Cichon said in a statement. "We determined, through our own market research, that our website needed to be resourceful to the technically savvy, such as IT professionals and developers, but also accessible to everyday consumers, like small business owners."

Newtek Web Hosting's sleek new layout lets customers to quickly access information or sign up for new services with the minimal number of steps, according to the company.

In September, Newtek Technology Services division CrystalTech Web Hosting (crystaltech.com -> newtekwebhosting.com) unveiled a new corporate logo, as well as a new website design focused on easy navigation and usability.

It may come as no surprise that many other companies have been reinventing their online images in the past few months. Earlier in December, UK-based hosting provider Nativespace (nativespace.com ) launched its new corporate website to coincide with its new "green" initiative.

Other recent hosting provider redesigns include Aplus.net, Server Intellect, Host Color, and Network Solutions.
