Sep, 2002 : CareerBuilder Grows Under Inflow Services

📅 September 26, 2002 - Managed web hosting and IT service provider Inflow Inc. (inflow.com) said on Wednesday that its ongoing support of online recruitment source CareerBuilder has helped the company to flourish.

"Inflow's services and professionals have helped to enhance application performance and allow customers to continue operations without the threat of surprise interruptions," said Mark Scully, general manager for Inflow in Atlanta. "Additionally, our rapid installation process backed by industry-leading security gives businesses a level of confidence not provided by other Internet data centers."
Inflow says it was approached by CareerBuilder two years ago with very specific requirements for a level of service that could sustain its national online recruitment service with four million active resumes and 400,000 continuously updated job postings. According to Inflow, CareerBuilder also needed bi-coastal data center support, tapping into Inflow's IDCs on the east and west coasts.
"CareerBuilder uses Inflow as a global load balancing solution between Atlanta and San Diego," says Scully. "We provide them with a redundant connection which they need for their high-volume business. Like most companies, if their website goes down, it instantly affects their operations. Their website is their business."
