Abrahamson, says Internap, will oversee the company's worldwide marketing strategy, programs and product management. He will focus on driving growth through new products and services, developing strategic partnerships and increasing public and business awareness of Internap's world-class Internet-based enterprise services. Before joining Internap, Abrahamson led BellSouth's e-business applications and services organization, where he was responsible for developing and managing the company's Internet data center products and services. He was key in the advancement of BellSouth's Internet services, including the launch of managed storage services, voice application hosting and complex managed hosting services. "Internap has already proven its value to more than 1,200 national and global businesses by delivering superior performance and customer service, and by helping its clients reduce risks associated with costly downtime, effectively managing costs and enhancing the overall experience of doing business through the Internet," says Abrahamson.
