Mar, 2003 : Inflow Raleigh IDC Reports Q4 2002 Results
📅 - Managed Web hoting and IT services provider Inflow Inc. (inflow.com) announced on Wednesday that it has released the operating results for the fourth quarter of 2002 at its Raleigh Internet data center.
EBITDA for the fourth quarter, excluding allocation of corporate overhead expenses, says Inflow, was approximately $454,000, an increase of 283 percent from the same time last year. The company attributes the growth to a stable customer base, increased revenues per customer and a movement among North Carolina businesses to more stable providers.
"We are pleased with our positive cash flow from the Raleigh operations," said Chris Turco, general manager for Inflow in Raleigh. "We continue to gain customers and provide the best customer service in our market. In addition to our outstanding local Inflow staff, we are fortunate to have an incredibly loyal customer base that is the reason for our success."
According to Inflow, new customers who chose the facility to provide outsourced managed hosting included Holt Sublimation, WebBasix and ePic International.
For the 13th consecutive quarter, says Inflow, the company delivered 100 percent availability in facility and Internet access services. Mean time to install customers improved to 35 days and, excluding the effect of third-party provisioning delays, mean time to install was 10 days.
