Mar, 2003 : estructure.net Launches in UK, Signs Deal

📅 March 27, 2003 - Denmark-based Web hosting company estructure.net (estructure.net) announced this week that it has launched its services in the UK, partnering with interactive agency Runtime Collective to provide hosting and managed services for Channel 4 Web site ideasfactory.com.

The deal, says estructure.net, gives the company a significant foothold upon its entry into the UK Internet services market, which is significant to the company's future growth and development. The company says deals with creative agencies like Runtime are central to that strategy.
"Having a brand as large as Channel 4 on board is a fantastic boost as it signals our arrival as a serious contender in the UK market," says Claus Kristensen, regional market manager for estructure.net. "The fact that we were involved at the same time as Runtime meant that we were able to influence development from the beginning to optimize the performance of the site."
estructure.net also recently opened an office in London, and has begun recruiting sales, marketing and administration staff to support the company's UK launch. The company says it has already established a presence in other markets across Europe.
