📅 May 6, 2003 - Pan European Web hosting and managed services provider estructure.net (estructure.net) today announced a partnership with Microsoft (microsoft.com). Under the agreement, estructure.net and Microsoft will jointly offer fully outsourced managed services and hosting of online business management solutions. According to estrcuture.net, the partnership will enable it to offer stronger overall services to the market, while it effectively utilizes clients to resell its suite of fully managed Web hosting services.

"This model works perfectly for us as we don't having to establish a direct sales channel,? said Claus Kristensen, estructure.net's UK general manager. ?Microsoft maintains full contact with the client who gets all the benefits of effective outsourcing. And it is already working - we have signed six new deals through Microsoft."
Søren Fink-Jensen, CEO of Microsoft Business Solutions Denmark emphasized the benefits of the partnership. ?The partnership means that companies who wish to outsource the operation of Microsoft Business Solutions now have a quality partner to meet rising customer demand. Now all our partners are able to offer an outsourced hosting service as an integrated part of the relation to the customer, which means that they don't have to waste time finding a solution," he said.
Estructure.net is based in Aarhus, Denmark.
