Apr, 2003 : Inforonics Debuts Rapid Response Services

📅 - Application management and managed hosting services provider Inforonics (inforonics.com) announced on Tuesday that it has released its Rapid Response Services (RRS), designed to quickly and cost-effectively preserve and maintain the operation of an organization's IT infrastructure when it is in danger of shutting down due to uncontrollable circumstances, like a service provider going out of business.

Inforonics says its RRS immediately assesses the situation, recreates the client's systems environment and gets the IT infrastructure up and running again. According to Inforonics, the service should be particularly appealing to companies transitioning their infrastructure or looking for an insurance policy against future outages.
"Over the past several months, many companies have come to Inforonics wanting us to design a technological 'insurance policy' in case their current service provider goes down," said Bruce Mills, president of Inforonics. "RRS applies Inforonics' 40 years of experience and real-world enterprise tested methodologies to create an inventory of an organization's assets and a plan to migrate, transition or move IT operations in the event of a loss or degradation of support. It is an evolution of our efforts to reduce risks associated with performing application management and managed hosting services."
