📅 - California-based Internet firm ICS announced on Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of XFR Networks (xfr.com), a California-based provider of Internet transit, bandwidth and Web hosting services. XFR provides Web hosting services to many top-tier companies in the adult industry as well as several non-adult firms.
ICS, an owner of various Internet-based adult resources, intends to leverage XFR's technical expertise and adult hosting experience across both large and small adult site operators. Ray Taft, XFR's CEO, will continue to operate XFR and saysthere will be no change in XFR's operations. "We will focus on growth while maintaining a high level of customer service, and I think ICS's webmaster reach will be an enormous asset," he says. "ICS has agreed for XFR to continue to operate independently as part of the acquisition."
