Jul 21, 2003 : Inflow to Host Cisco Learning Institute
📅 - Inflow (inflow.com) announced today it has been selected for Web hosting by Cisco Learning Institute (ciscolearning.org), a nonprofit corporation funded and formed by Cisco Systems, Inc. (cisco.com) as a public charity.
CLI signed a contract with Inflow at the end of June, and expects to be fully migrated by mid-August.
?The Cisco Learning Institute selected Inflow as our data center and hosting provider for a variety of reasons,? said Mark Svorinic, manager of institute development and operations at CLI. ?First and foremost was the technical expertise within the company and the central location of the Inflow data center in Phoenix. Secondly, the value proposition offered by the Inflow team ensured high quality of services at very cost-effective rates.?
CLI's strict requirements for flexible service delivery, process-focused operations and the ability to provide fully managed services were the key selling points, the company reported.
?We are very excited to have Cisco Learning Institute as a partner,? said Rick Crutchley, general manager for Inflow-Phoenix. ?CLI wanted a provider with a great infrastructure that they could leverage locally, and a partner that could be flexible with their needs. We felt our solution would exceed their requirements."
Inflow will also provide Premium AIMS (Application Information Management Services/Solutions) services, tape management, network services and a variety of other managed services.
With headquarters in Thornton, Colorado, Inflow provides a wide range of facilities-based IT solutions to enterprise customers. Inflow currently serves more than 680 customers from its Internet data centers in 12 markets throughout the United States.
