📅 July 23, 2003 - Keynote Systems (keynote.com) announced yesterday the acquisition of Streamcheck (streamcheck.com), a Toronto-based provider of quality measurement services for streaming media.

Streamcheck provides quality measurements of streaming media delivery by simulating the behavior of end-users in cities around the world.

The company said the Streamcheck service will be integrated into Keynote's family of measurement services and re-launched in the fall of 2003 as Streaming Perspective 3.0. In addition, the two companies will integrate their measurement infrastructures in order to effect global coverage.
Keynote Systems is a developer of Internet performance management software based in San Mateo, California.
