Oct 7, 2003 : Infopop Selects SWsoft's HSPcomplete

📅 - SWsoft (sw-soft.com) announced today that Infopop Corporation (infopop.com), a Seattle-based Web hosting provider and developer of online communities, has selected its hosting automation solution HSPcomplete to replace its existing solution.

Ted O'Neill, CEO of Infopop, said the decision to migrate was based on scalability and infrastructure.
"HSPcomplete makes perfect sense for Infopop because we can quickly and simply generate more revenue by offering new products and services such as VPS, managed hosting and managed applications, giving our customers more options and making us a one-stop-shop for all of our customers' hosting needs," O'Neill said.
SWsoft said deployment of HSPcomplete helps companies like Infopop minimize support and management costs while generating revenue streams and boosting profitability.
?In today's competitive market, Hosting Service Providers (HSPs) cannot be over-burdened by high hardware management and customer support costs," said Serguei Beloussov, CEO of SWsoft. "HSPcomplete gives industry leaders like Infopop the ability to optimize efficiencies throughout its hosting business while identifying new services that will differentiate its offerings from the competition, ensuring the opportunity for long-term and steady growth. With HSPcomplete's integrated flexible billing features providers also have the ability to develop a multi-tiered sales and service channel that can be re-branded for various resellers. "
Infopop previously used Ensim ServeXchange. About Web Services (about.com) recently announced it would deploy HSPcomplete.
