Oct, 2003 : Speedera Integrates Omniture Web Analytics

📅 October 7, 2003 - Content delivery service provider Speedera Networks (speedera.com) and Omniture (omniture.com), a developer of Web analytics, announced today a partnership that will allow Speedera to sell SiteCatalyst, Omniture's Web analytics technology, as part of its suite of SpeedSuite services.

"Omniture's extensive experience with high volume, multi-site Web properties will be of great benefit to Speedera's own customers, enabling them to delve into their metrics and discover new opportunities to improve their Web sites, the overall user experience, and the bottom line," said Ajit Gupta, CEO and president of Speedera Networks. "The combination of both companies' services provides a complete solution second to none and strengthens Speedera's leading position as the fastest growing company in the CDN market."
The company said the integration will provide users with added insight into visitor behavior, helping them boost customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
"Speedera's content delivery services provide an unparalleled global edge for serving distributed content so that end-users get the content they want whenever they want it," said CEO Josh James. "Omniture will provide the means to report that key additional piece - what happens after the click?"
Speedera and Omniture will integrate their products and make them available through Speedera's SpeedEye management portal.
