😞 I Choose ESDS' Cloud hosting plan, which I upgraded to dedicated hosting last year. Because I was having trouble managing, the support executive suggested that I switch to a managed plan. Since then, I have never had a severe problem.

We are more than happy to confirm that we have been a customer of ESDS from the year 2011 and we have been extremely happy with the services we have received so far. eNlight Cloud was a new product launched by ESDS at that time and their technical team explained the features and the advantages of eNlight which convinced us to use eNlight for our project. We had seasonal traffic, which was going to need lot many resources during the peak period and scale down in the off peak time.
There was an instance once where we required Dozens of VM’s, which scaled successfully to take care of the entire traffic that came from the entire Maharashtra state. Combination of eNlight Cloud with the service and support given by ESDS has been a Catalyst in our growth so far.

Last time when we had problem with our platform nobody could reply satisfactorily.They were just searching the problem but could not state what was happened.We are using cloud and and as far as knowledge was give this system is far better than dedicated one. Their technical support is outstanding - support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem and they don't make time pass by asking silly questions.

The best thing in ESDS is having they provide 24x7 phone, ticket support and friendly account managers and support team.

Every conversation was pleasant and helpful.

Reliability is 100%, I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our server with ESDS and server performance also very good, excellent.

Pricing is good/best.

We have got Dedicated Windows server with esds.co.in since 18+ months. We have experienced transparent billing & pricing of our hosting plan. Reliability & speed is Good, never faced problem with speed or reliability. They have got good expertise for pro-active security measurements.Support is good, mostly chat support is used. Ability to resolve critical issue is good. They have certified experts for windows, firewalls & SQL. Support medium we have used is Phone & email. Account managers got involved when we faced a deployment issue, pretty good support service. I would rate this hosting provider 4 out of 5 & definitely recommend ESDS.

This is my first experience with any hosting provider but I must admit that I never had to look beyond ESDS.

The technical team handled the initial teething troubles very well. The sales team was not just interested in making the sale but ensured that the promised service level was provided (they themselves followed up with the technical team). A special thanks for that...

Overall the pricing is transparent (i.e. you know what you are paying for). The only sour point was that some pricing promises that were made during the sale were not honored by the billing team after first three months. I didn't pursue as the amount was not too much.

My overall experience with ESDS is pleasant and I would definitely look forward to using their services in future.

This is the 2nd Review i m writing in last 3 month for ESDS.
I wrote earlier also that ESDS is very help for startup companies like us.. Now we are almost 1 year old in this industry.

Now I would rather say that .. we hv survived in this industry with cut throat competition because we had a solid backing of ESDS in terms of Data center services.

we r crossed the survival phase n now we r in growth and expansion mode. Again i would say that ESDS played a major part in this also
I want to tell this to our industry people that we as a web designer / developer .. we can make best design and we can develop best application . But all efforts and quality is waste unless we have best server where it would be hosted and run seamlessly.

Customer will be satisfied with our design and application only when it open fast , runs fast , with no down time..

One of my friends suggested me to switch to ESDS as our server was earlier hosted in a different place & we use to experience a lot of problems. We are basically an engineering organization & we don’t have any IT person to tackle the teething problems on server. We have consulted them for every small problems & Ms.Meghana has been always very prompt & proactive.
Since we migrated our server to ESDS, we have been enjoying excellent services from the team. As we enjoy a very limited & small amount of service by them, it would be unfair to judge the charges. However we feel very satisfied on the ground that we are a Nashik based co.& we have our server very close to our office.
Summarily saying, a WIN WIN case for us. We rate their all concerning departments as EXCELLENT.

Bit new to the procedures of hosting and not well acquainted with the terminologies as well. But ESDS helped us out so nicely. Due to bad experience of our scattered hosting and domain, we was facing lots problem, than I realise that "Vendor one worry none"
And I plan to switch to ESDS. Because it’s nearest to our factory and I was aware of the ESDS Setup, service and support. And my management agreed to go with ESDS saying any time we can catch hold the collar [plz don’t mind] but thanks to supportive team of ESDS. Specially Mr. Steven, Deepika_P, Mr. Avinash Bhamare and Mr. Pavan Falak.
I don’t think I ll never have catch hold...... When we are getting such excellent customer service.
All of my hosting transfer and migrated to ESDS Successful overnight when I was sleeping peacefully.

😁 One of the Best Hosting Solution Provider, I have Ever Seen
Its my 2nd Year with ESDS. The main thing which I likes most is, their Technical Support and Admin. I used to disturb them at any point of time, when I need to change something or I wanted to do from their side. The time to get solved the issue is quite good. As a Non IT Person Like me have 3 Dedicated server and 1 VPS Server without a single Staff for maintaining those servers. In short, I am very much happy to enjoy the services of a Fully Managed Hosting for the price of less than the cost of a Self Managed Hosting.
