EXCEPTIONAL and RESPONSIBLE
HI All.......
I m here again tonight.... This time I m willing to write for our fellow Entrepreneurs / Hosters / Webmasters / Developer / designers and all Business people who are involved in web business..
This is my 3rd review Since we started taking services from ESDS and 2nd review within last 60 days.
You can see i hv mentioned " EXCEPTIONAL and RESPONSIBLE " regarding the services of ESDS.
EXCEPTIONAL because i hv not seen such an exceptional knowledge of technical people of ESDS / Exceptional services given by CRM team and Exceptional on time performance.
Specially Mr Faisal / Ms Archana / Mr Kunal .. These guys takes care of every small small things n resolve it exceptionally.
Now.. I want to bring ur kind attention towards one most important thing of our industry.. " RESPONSIBILITY"
I would say that the word " RESPONSIBLE" is made for ESDS guys. as they never miss any ticket / they never miss any follow ups / never makes any excuses.
I would summarize my review with one sentence now.....
These days we try to emulate ESDS model in our services.. we give example to be like ESDS to our sales / support people.
And Now We can make challenge to any one in industry who can give better services than us.. courtesy ESDS.
