😞 I Choose ESDS' Cloud hosting plan, which I upgraded to dedicated hosting last year. Because I was having trouble managing, the support executive suggested that I switch to a managed plan. Since then, I have never had a severe problem.

😁 Recently purchased hosting with ESDS and the live support has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process! As their slogan, "Exuberant Support"! Such a great company and I have received the utmost best customer service and help off the support representative Allen, no problem of mine was an issue for him and he resolved my problem straight away! Great service and would recommend to anyone!

We are more than happy to confirm that we have been a customer of ESDS from the year 2011 and we have been extremely happy with the services we have received so far. eNlight Cloud was a new product launched by ESDS at that time and their technical team explained the features and the advantages of eNlight which convinced us to use eNlight for our project. We had seasonal traffic, which was going to need lot many resources during the peak period and scale down in the off peak time.
There was an instance once where we required Dozens of VM’s, which scaled successfully to take care of the entire traffic that came from the entire Maharashtra state. Combination of eNlight Cloud with the service and support given by ESDS has been a Catalyst in our growth so far.

ESDS always provided with good service and one of the best technical support.

Prices are on the steep side but the support is exceptional. We rented a dedicated server for 5months and there was no downtime at all.

😁 ESDS has excellent customer support 24 by 7 and respond to the query as soon as possible. price is also quit competitive compared to other vendors. we have observed the speed of server for data retrieval and storing is quite good compared to other servers we have. we have faced very low downtime in servers we had hired with ESDS.

We have been working with ESDS about more than one years now and it is a pleasant experience all over. They charge reasonably for the service they provide. They are very prompt in their responses/ services and they have round the clock customer support which we are very pleased with. I would definitely recommend this brand.

I have been working with Jabeen as my CRM who ensures that i am happy and satisfied with the services offered to me. the extra step she takes to connect me with technical team does speed up the resolution time.

I have taken account with many Indian hosting services but never found any CRM taking extra rather special care for their customers. I was happy with ESDS thats why i opted for second server.

😁 Awesome CRM. Price needs to be little lower.
1. Online chat for tech support needs improvement.
2. Features are good.
3. Uptime is good. BUT there is still NO SMS based alerts to the clients if the server is down. This is very essential and can save lot of problems for clients. This is such a simple thing to implement now a days. I'm sure ESDS can implement it.

I really love to work with these guys..they are very responsive and skilled. I have hosted almost 5 websites, portals and a product with them.
We used one Australian hosting company on partners request for our product but it was bad exp and now we are moving things on ESDS server..

😉 esds is better but there is a space to improve
Customer service is poor. Last time when we had problem with our platform nobody could reply satisfactorily.They were just searching the problem but could not state what was happened.We are using cloud and and as far as knowledge was give this system is far better than dedicated one. But sometime we feel that it just work as a VPS. You must improve on your all part.

😁 Hi All, I'm Chand saw the ESDS ads on some hoarding, having ESDS Dedicated servers - these guys are professionals.

Their technical support is outstanding - support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem and they don't make time pass by asking silly questions.

The best thing in ESDS is having they provide 24x7 phone, ticket support and friendly account managers and support team.

Every conversation was pleasant and helpful.

Reliability is 100%, I honestly cannot remember the last downtime our server with ESDS and server performance also very good, excellent.

Pricing is good/best.

In conclusion, ESDS is an outstanding web hosting service provider and ultimate choose.

We have got Dedicated Windows server with esds.co.in since 18+ months. We have experienced transparent billing & pricing of our hosting plan. Reliability & speed is Good, never faced problem with speed or reliability. They have got good expertise for pro-active security measurements.Support is good, mostly chat support is used. Ability to resolve critical issue is good. They have certified experts for windows, firewalls & SQL. Support medium we have used is Phone & email. Account managers got involved when we faced a deployment issue, pretty good support service. I would rate this hosting provider 4 out of 5 & definitely recommend ESDS.

😃 ESDS - Reliable provider
This is my first experience with any hosting provider but I must admit that I never had to look beyond ESDS.

The technical team handled the initial teething troubles very well. The sales team was not just interested in making the sale but ensured that the promised service level was provided (they themselves followed up with the technical team). A special thanks for that...

Overall the pricing is transparent (i.e. you know what you are paying for). The only sour point was that some pricing promises that were made during the sale were not honored by the billing team after first three months. I didn't pursue as the amount was not too much.

My overall experience with ESDS is pleasant and I would definitely look forward to using their services in future.

This is the 2nd Review i m writing in last 3 month for ESDS.
I wrote earlier also that ESDS is very help for startup companies like us.. Now we are almost 1 year old in this industry.

Now I would rather say that .. we hv survived in this industry with cut throat competition because we had a solid backing of ESDS in terms of Data center services.

we r crossed the survival phase n now we r in growth and expansion mode. Again i would say that ESDS played a major part in this also
I want to tell this to our industry people that we as a web designer / developer .. we can make best design and we can develop best application . But all efforts and quality is waste unless we have best server where it would be hosted and run seamlessly.

Customer will be satisfied with our design and application only when it open fast , runs fast , with no down time..

I m amazed to see the technical knowledge of people in support n service department.. specially Mr Alex and Mr mandhir

In Account management...I would say excellent because they treated us well.. understood our problems and given specific solutions. Co- ordinated well.. even during off hrs as well.

Special Thanx to Meghana for teaching us the entire billing n management of Enlight Cloud..

One complain i have that is wherever you are miigrating the server you dont inform the customer like me whoes entire business depends on your server. I have many times faces issues of rights that are due to residue of server migration. And i loose the business bcoz of this. please make this correction so that next time it doesnt happen. I have already sent this in my last year comment but no improvement on this,.

One of my friends suggested me to switch to ESDS as our server was earlier hosted in a different place & we use to experience a lot of problems. We are basically an engineering organization & we don’t have any IT person to tackle the teething problems on server. We have consulted them for every small problems & Ms.Meghana has been always very prompt & proactive.
Since we migrated our server to ESDS, we have been enjoying excellent services from the team. As we enjoy a very limited & small amount of service by them, it would be unfair to judge the charges. However we feel very satisfied on the ground that we are a Nashik based co.& we have our server very close to our office.
Summarily saying, a WIN WIN case for us. We rate their all concerning departments as EXCELLENT.

😃 Good customer service, appropriate and up to the mark service
The service, right from allocation of the domain to the service where the set up is done is excellent. The staff is very helpful and of courteous nature.
The resolution of all the queries are done instantly with minimal efforts from my end. I am very happy with the overall service provided by ESDS and I am looking for a wonderful relationship in the fututre with the organization.
I would recommend ESDS to any of my friends in need of the services, due to the vastness of features and excellent support provided.

😃 Confidant starting with esds
Bit new to the procedures of hosting and not well acquainted with the terminologies as well. But ESDS helped us out so nicely. Guided well by sales, CRM, technical etc. teams telephonically and on chat. Meghana, Deepika, Nilesh, Vishal, Justin and Alastair M (am sorry if I miss someone) they are just fantastic at there respective duties. Our website has not gone yet functional so can write more precisely after having at least 3 months of experience with ESDS.

😁 The family who keep`s us worry free
Due to bad experience of our scattered hosting and domain, we was facing lots problem, than I realise that "Vendor one worry none"
And I plan to switch to ESDS. Because it’s nearest to our factory and I was aware of the ESDS Setup, service and support. And my management agreed to go with ESDS saying any time we can catch hold the collar [plz don’t mind] but thanks to supportive team of ESDS. Specially Mr. Steven, Deepika_P, Mr. Avinash Bhamare and Mr. Pavan Falak.
I don’t think I ll never have catch hold...... When we are getting such excellent customer service.
All of my hosting transfer and migrated to ESDS Successful overnight when I was sleeping peacefully.
The pricing structure is reasonable & competitive enough

Thanks to all who was directly and indirectly involved in our site migration.

😃 This was my first experience ..So nice to be with ESDS
I worked with ESDS for only a limited time , let me tell you your customer support personnel are wonderful people . Whenever i required them to support me they supported with all the time they had .. I will obviously prefer ESDS for any kind of hosting purposes .

One of my friend has told me about ESDS and their service that's why i have contacted you people.I was searching for a company who provides server and in service they are a step ahead of all server providers present in market.

Your price is competitive enough and i am thankful for flexibility you people have given me in payment mode as i doesn't have credit card so i have to deposit the cash in esds account so thanks for that.

😁 One of the Best Hosting Solution Provider, I have Ever Seen
Its my 2nd Year with ESDS. The main thing which I likes most is, their Technical Support and Admin. I used to disturb them at any point of time, when I need to change something or I wanted to do from their side. The time to get solved the issue is quite good. As a Non IT Person Like me have 3 Dedicated server and 1 VPS Server without a single Staff for maintaining those servers. In short, I am very much happy to enjoy the services of a Fully Managed Hosting for the price of less than the cost of a Self Managed Hosting.
