ESDS Software Solution Limited is an Indian cloud, data-center and managed IT infrastructure company founded in 2005 by Piyush Somani. Headquartered in Nashik, Maharashtra, ESDS has grown well beyond its original web-hosting roots and now serves government organizations, BFSI institutions, enterprises and other organizations requiring managed infrastructure, data residency and regulatory compliance. Its present business is centered primarily on sovereign cloud, managed infrastructure, AI and GPU computing, cybersecurity, disaster recovery and colocation rather than inexpensive conventional shared hosting.

The company operates five Tier III data centers in India, located in Nashik, Airoli/Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Mohali and Noida, with additional expansion involving Kolkata and Ghaziabad. This domestic infrastructure is particularly useful for organizations that require workloads and business data to remain under Indian jurisdiction.

A major part of the portfolio is SWARAJ Cloud, an indigenous AI-oriented cloud environment combining compute, storage, networking, automation and managed services. It includes more than 30 cloud services and a large collection of integrated capabilities. ESDS also maintains the technology developed around its eNlight cloud platform, including consumption-based billing and patented vertical auto-scaling. Public, private and hybrid cloud architectures are available, with managed administration covering infrastructure monitoring, security and day-to-day technical operations.

Several specialized Community Cloud environments address industries with stronger compliance and availability requirements. The BFSI Community Cloud supports banking, NBFC, insurance, core banking, digital-payment, SOC and disaster-recovery workloads. Government Community Cloud is designed for government departments and e-governance systems, while Enterprise Community Cloud provides isolated infrastructure for business applications, ERP platforms and other mission-critical services. SAP HANA Community Cloud combines SAP HANA infrastructure with BASIS management, managed operations and geographically separated disaster-recovery capabilities.

ESDS has also developed an extensive AI infrastructure business. GPU as a Service supports managed NVIDIA and AMD GPU environments, including NVIDIA B200, B300, GB200 and NVL72 systems as well as AMD MI300X infrastructure. These configurations are suitable for AI training, inference, generative AI and other high-performance workloads. Large SuperPOD-style GPU deployments are also available. SWARAJ Bodhi adds GPU orchestration, MLOps, monitoring, governance and cost management, while SWARAJ Garuda provides application-performance monitoring and observability.

Cybersecurity is another major part of the platform. SWARAJ WAF combines web application firewall, DDoS protection and Firewall-as-a-Service capabilities. VTMScan covers website, API, SSL, malware and vulnerability scanning. Managed Security Services add SOC, SIEM, SOAR, incident response and vulnerability management. The broader security portfolio also includes SWARAJ Jatayoo for Database Activity Monitoring, SWARAJ Nandi for Privileged Access Management and SWARAJ Hansa for SIEM and security-event analysis.

Managed infrastructure services include Cloud & Data Center Migration, Disaster Recovery as a Service, Backup as a Service and general managed IT operations. DRaaS supports geographically separated recovery environments and failover, while the backup platform covers endpoints, servers, databases and Microsoft 365 workloads. SWARAJ Sethu provides an integrated DevSecOps environment with source control, CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, security and governance.

Colocation is available from individual-server deployments through full racks and private cages. These services can be combined with network connectivity, managed infrastructure, cloud services, backup and disaster recovery.

Traditional hosting products also remain part of the ESDS ecosystem. These include dedicated servers, VPS hosting, cPanel shared hosting, Zimbra hosting, domain registration and transfers, SSL certificates, backup services, VPN appliances and server colocation. These products are now secondary to the larger enterprise cloud and data-center business, but they still give smaller customers access to more conventional hosting services.

The main website is available in English, and commercial pricing is primarily handled in Indian rupees (INR).
