B4U India. Highly motivated, focused and passionate people they are. Very well organized and dedicated towards their work. I have spent almost a decade with them now running multiple websites. 😠 Worst hosting company. No customer support. Not to mention they do reply but their response is never satisfactory. I had bought VPS server. Very bad quality and slow servers. If you want to upgrade your server then you have cancel your existing plan, back up and move all your data manually waste your ton of time again configuring all stuff and hell lot of problems. Never recommended stay away

b4uindia is a good one, the only problem sometime we are facing is that the tech support take so much of time to respond through e-chat. However, if unable to solve the query through e-chat, they suggest us to forward the e-mail to the support team for the query being asked. I mean to say if the query can be solved or resolved through e-chat then why to waste your time as well as ours on mail, and again, the reply through mail also takes a long time. Overall, the service provided by the tech support is good one but sometimes a time consuming too.

😃 I would like to recommend B4uIndia Hosting service for their service and support. No doublt they are good with it,Up till now i have never faced problem related to server.
Only thing which pokes me is for php shared server they have jus 2mb (i.e Default set value)of php_max_upload which is not enough in todays digital world. Even simple pic clicked with new smart phones have size of 3mb and more. I think atleast they shd make it 4mb the way you have on windows server.
Else no doubt they are good with business. I prefer to be with them and host my sites just for the quality of service and support they provide. Thanks

It is really frustrating to a person paying amount and not receiving services on time and when asked for contact number of company owner , they mention the person is not available over phone ??? I have a account with B4uindia from the last 1.5 yrs . Yesterday my website account was suspend mentioning that it used more space than space allocated.

I spoke to the technical team and asked them to upgrade my website to higher packages and they mentioned that I need to create all email ids as well as take the backup of emails by myself. I don't understand what is the meaning of upgrade , If I would be doing all such things by myself why I would need their services and paying them . I can host the website by myself.
Even worse I spoke to 3 people everyone saying technical team will reply to the ticket but no one replied and when asked to connect to the owner of the company I got the response he is not available over phone.

I am a troubled customer of bu4india.com since 3 years. I have been paying them both for my domain and hosting. Unfortunately their dealing and service has always been extremely frustrating.

Last time in 2009, when I asked them to change my email, they troubled me for two months.

This time when I had to change my email address I though I should do it well in advance. I changed my email address in their control panel. But strangely, they reversed it back on the next day and Informed me that I should contact them for any such changes.

From my registered email id, I requested them to change my email in Aug 22. But they reset my password. I requested them several times for 25 days. In response, every time they reset my control panel password for more than 10 times.

When I telephoned them they told me that they cannot accept any verbal request. Told me to login and inform them through their control panel. When I informed through the control panel, they reset my password. [read more...]

1. Your payments are already refunded.
2. Domain control panel access is already with you.
3. Password was changed as per your request we have already send you copy of message on which reply the password was reset.
4. You shown no interest to talk or to send email.
5. You were having full access to domain name control panel provided by the domain name registrar itself from first date do qualify you to do the name server / dns update or even transfer out the domain name.
6. Email ids cannot be changed / updated without following the required procedure it is becuase of past bad experience of us, thus cannot be changed on phone as well.

You shown no interest to communicate perhaps have took everything in negative way, we never deny you to provide service and support and the fact still remains the same.

B4u India is Good Hosting service provider. i have been a customer for last 3 years I find Good service from them. They are technical sound enough to understand the issues and solve them. I was hosting with Manas hosting where I could not get response soon and even I get that was not satisfactory and time used to be very large some times I left issues because of the time they were taking. Most of their employees were not knowing technical terms.
After coming to B4u india I gained confidence that for any problem I will get support with in the time after many kind of issues resolved from them. Last time when i had problem with my hosting account (not from this company side) they even gave me money refund
I personally suggest b4u for any one who is looking for good hosting service. But the only thing that discourages some times is pricing factor, it is costly. But for the quality they give they deserve it.

😠 I had been hosting sites with them from last year ( 1 year and 1 month to be correct). I choose them because the price was reasonable. In last 30 days, i had three problems with their hosting, first time one of my customer's site was not working, after 3 hours they fixed the site, when i asked them about the problem they told me this "Plesk locks the DNS file temporarily at some times, such as during a backup.
System admin have unlocked it manually to have it working."
next time (3 days later) same site showing not able to connect with database, this turned out to be the connect permission was revoked from my database user, the user existed but was not able to connect with database. they took some time for fixing this too (1 day) even after i told them exactly what the problem is. but fortunatly creating another user fixed my problem before they told me they fixed it.

Every technical issue is having a technical possible solution and ofcourse it depend on the issue concern that how much time required to research and fix it however for the end result you yourself said that "after 3 hours they fixed the site" and also required technical details were provided to you as you yourself mentioned in your review.

😃 B4U india hosting good asper my view,i had given 8 because they are asking more details while having a domain and their hosting plans are also good(costs up 700/- - 800/- per year) and had 97% server up time,and their custumor care is very good as you can chat with any time u want by going to their site(it will be left side of the screen asking if you want to chat with their customer care).if send mail to them you will get repley in 4 - 8 hours(it good na)

I had choosed linux plan because they give free website builder with it(their is no website builder for windows pack)

over all i can give the rating 8 because i had to go through it for some more time ....>>>
